FAQ
Good questions.
Why is the launcher locked?
Rebirth is in testing, so only members with the Tester role can play. Make a ticket in the Discord, then press Check again in the launcher once staff gives you the role.
Do I need to own the game?
Yes. Rebirth doesn't include NBA 2K game files — it connects the copy you already have installed.
My old launcher stopped working.
Launchers older than 1.3 can't connect anymore. Download RebirthSetup above, or let your launcher update itself.
The launcher didn't find my game.
Open Settings and press Find my games. If it still isn't found, press Browse next to the game and pick its exe.
Windows warned me about the setup.
Rebirth is a community project, so Windows may show a SmartScreen notice. Choose More info → Run anyway if you downloaded it from this page.
Pull up. The court's open.
